Staffers and volunteers will be met with hundreds if not thousands of eager attendees, who want to get through the doors as soon as possible.

Therefore it is essential that you understand the basics of building a smooth workflow, setting up the registration systems, creating an assembly line for the goodie bags, assigning volunteers to pre-assemble badges, and ensure that all boxes and items are consolidated and marked. In addition, you will be met with customers who will ask questions, which you will have to answer with clarity and accuracy.
